Job Description

This role involves performing corrective and preventive maintenance on Ultrasound and Monitor equipment for clients in the Rio de Janeiro region. Responsibilities include providing technical support, diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures, determining effective repair actions, interpreting client needs, maintaining records, preparing reports, and proposing solutions based on technical analysis.

  • Preferably residing in Rio de Janeiro and availability to travel within the State of Rio de Janeiro.
Must Have:
  • Complete higher education or technical degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • Experience with maintenance of medical equipment, preferably with ultrasound and/or Monitors
  • Organizational, prioritization, communication, resilience, and self-management skills
  • English for reading
  • Active CREA or CFT registration

You will be part of the team:

Responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance of Ultrasound and Monitor equipment for clients located in the Rio de Janeiro region.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to clients on operational or preservation aspects of the equipment;
  • Verifying and approving the operational quality of the equipment and/or system. Diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using procedures established by the headquarters;
  • Determining most repair/resolution actions effectively to minimize client downtime.
  • Interpreting client needs, identifying the person responsible for problem resolution, and directing within the company's internal structure;
  • Maintaining all records and documents updated according to company policies and legislation;
  • Preparing reports for analysis of product failure trends and service capacity issues;
  • Identifying and proposing solutions according to experiences based on technical analyses and feasibility studies.

To succeed in this position you need:

  • Complete higher education or technical degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering;
  • Experience with maintenance of medical equipment, preferably with ultrasound and/or Monitors;
  • Organizational, prioritization, communication, resilience, and self-management skills;
  • English for reading;
  • Active CREA or CFT registration.
  • Preferably residing in Rio de Janeiro and availability to travel within the State of Rio de Janeiro.
