Job Description

The Maintenance department at Disneyland Paris seeks a Method CMMS Technician (M/F/NB) for a permanent contract. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of park attractions and facilities by guaranteeing the safety, reliability, and performance of the CMMS. Key responsibilities include coding equipment, creating and updating maintenance plans, scheduling preventive maintenance, analyzing data for improvements, and using CMMS tools like SAP/MAXIMO. Candidates should have a BAC+2 technical degree and at least 4 years of experience in maintenance or methods, with strong IT, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Coding and integration of all equipment into the CMMS for the assigned maintenance scope.
Updating and creation of Maintenance Plans for the assigned maintenance scope.
Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance plan and equipment availability.
Ensuring updates of CMMS-related modifications within the technical scope.
Analysis of preventive, corrective work data and completion level to propose improvements.
Participation in the implementation of Operational Safety.
Daily use of CMMS tools (SAP/MAXIMO) to support internal clients in executing maintenance plans.
Reporting and analysis on maintenance activities and the CMMS service.
BAC+2 technical degree (maintenance, mechanics, methods).
Minimum 4 years of experience in a maintenance function, in an industrial environment or Methods Department.
Proficiency in IT tools (Office Pack).
Writing skills.
Interpersonal skills.

We are looking for:

a Method Technician – M/F/NB - Permanent Contract

Under the responsibility of one of our FOS Maintenance Program Support Managers, within our Methods Department, you are the guarantor of the CMMS for the technical scope that is assigned to you. By guaranteeing the level of safety, reliability, maintainability, and operational performance that Disneyland Paris has decided to offer its customers, and this, by respecting the five keys: Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show, and Efficiency.

Your main missions:

Coding and integration into the CMMS of all equipment for all trades within the Maintenance scope you follow.
Updating and creation of Maintenance Plans for all trades within the Maintenance scope you follow.
Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance plan and equipment availability.
Ensuring the update of CMMS-related modifications within your technical scope.
Analysis of preventive, corrective work data and completion level to propose areas for improvement (Reporting).
Participation in the implementation of Operational Safety.
Daily use of CMMS tools (SAP/MAXIMO) to support internal clients in the proper execution of maintenance plans.
Reporting and analysis on maintenance activities and the CMMS service.

Your profile:

Ideally with a BAC+2 technical degree (e.g., BTS in maintenance, mechanics, methods), you have at least 4 years of experience in a maintenance function, in an industrial environment and/or Methods Department.

You are proficient in IT tools (Office Pack). You possess writing skills.

Your interpersonal skills allow you to easily communicate with different stakeholders. Technical English would be a plus for this position.
