We are seeking an experienced QA specialist to join the team working on a large-scale MMO RPG project with an open world. The responsibilities include performing quality assurance testing on various platforms, conducting various testing types, evaluating game performance, creating test documentation, onboarding new team members, preparing daily test reports, creating guideline pages for testing processes, and reporting bugs. This role requires a deep understanding of the importance of testing within a dynamic, creative team.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of experience in QA, gaming industry.
  • Solid understanding of software testing.
  • Experience with bug tracking systems (Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Knowledge of game testing on multiple platforms.
  • Ability to create clear test cases.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Docs.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (technical level).
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
Good to have:
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 5 game testing
  • Knowledge of test automation tools
  • Experience with CI/CD systems
  • Understanding of open-world game development.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Description:
We are looking for an experienced QA specialist to join the team working on a large-scale MMO RPG project with an open world. If you're passionate about video games, understand the importance of testing, and thrive in a dynamic, creative team, this position is for you!

Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality assurance testing on various platforms: PC, PS, Xbox.
  • Conduct integration testing, smoke testing, and other QA activities.
  • Perform regression testing, installation testing, exploratory testing, and other testing types.
  • Manual testing, functional testing, and localization testing.
  • Evaluate game performance and perform UI/UX testing.
  • Create, update, and validate test documentation (test cases, checklists, test schedules).
  • Onboard new team members and assist with their adaptation to the team.
  • Prepare and send daily test reports.
  • Create guideline pages for testing processes.
  • Report and document bugs found during testing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA, gaming industry.
  • Solid understanding of software testing (manual testing, functional, and regression tests).
  • Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Knowledge of game testing on multiple platforms (PC, PS, Xbox, Nintendo Switch).
  • Ability to work with test documentation and create clear test cases.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office or Google Docs for reporting.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (technical level)
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 5 game testing
  • Knowledge of test automation tools
  • Experience with CI/CD systems
  • Understanding of the specifics of open-world game development
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in those environments
