Job Description
The main programmer for the client-side combat business line for MLBB is responsible for daily management, coordinating business needs, evaluating implementation plans, reasonably breaking down and assigning development tasks, and being responsible for development progress and quality. They will be involved in the development and experience optimization of project battles and modes, analyzing and locating difficult problems. They will also participate in the team's echelon construction and talent training (mentor guidance programs, organizing research projects and technology sharing, etc.), and participate in the construction of the core framework of the program, formulating development standards and technical research. In addition, they will re-develop and adjust various tools as required by the project to optimize, improving the team's combat efficiency.
1、负责日常管理工作，对接业务需求、评估实现方案、合理拆解和分配开发任务，对开发进度和开发质量负责； 2、负责项目战斗和模式的开发与体验优化，疑难问题分析和定位等工作； 3、参与团队梯队搭建和人才培养（导师辅导计划，组织课题研究和技术分享等）； 4、参与程序核心框架的搭建，制定开发标准规范和技术攻关； 5、根据项目需求对各类所需工具进行再开发及调整优化，提升团队的作战效率；
