3. Participate in the entire character design process from early stages to implementation, and review concept art design drafts submitted by outsourcing.
4. Accumulate and share concept art design experience, compile courseware, train new hires, and share design experience.

1. Bachelor's degree in an art-related major, over five years of character concept design experience. Experience leading a team in design work or commercial game art design experience is preferred.
2. Possess a profound art foundation, good aesthetic sense, process-oriented design methodology, design logic, and be proficient in character art design-related software.
3. Have a strong understanding and perception of characters, be able to accurately conceptualize characters, and convey character temperament through design.
4. In-depth research into character design styles and material logic of games like FF7 (Remake) and Stellar Blade is preferred.
5. Experience with design themes such as sci-fi and retro-futurism is preferred.
6. Love games, pay attention to game experience, and be able to cooperate with product to improve game experience.
7. Possess excellent learning ability, be able to actively research and learn new technologies and apply them to work.
8. Possess excellent analytical and innovative abilities, a strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
