Job Description
1. Based on company strategy and operational needs, lead the establishment of an effective informatization system, responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of informatization direction; combine industry product trends, research, and design informatization product tools suitable for company development, committed to improving data timeliness and accuracy.
2. Deeply understand business requirements and planning, and continuously build a complete informatization system from the perspectives of management needs, business needs, and user needs.
3. Manage the entire product lifecycle, be responsible for the informatization construction path, and the results of informatization tools.
4. Establish an informatization indicator system, pay attention to business/user feedback, establish a continuous optimization mechanism; promote product iteration and innovation, and continuously optimize product experience; cultivate and collaborate with team members, possessing a full perspective of product research and development.
Job Requirements
1. Possess over 10 years of experience in enterprise informatization construction coordination, design, and implementation; experience from 0 to 1, or 1 to N is preferred; over 5 years of team management experience; digital transformation experience is a plus.
2. Have a deep understanding of functional informatization construction and a clear understanding of the goals and paths of informatization construction.
3. Excellent business understanding and analysis capabilities, product planning, and project promotion capabilities; clear logic, structured thinking, eager to explore the essence, good at systematic problem-solving.
4. Have a profound understanding of products, be able to comprehensively and dynamically consider the current situation in product implementation, and continuously guide demanders and collaborating departments, with good logical analysis and communication skills.
5. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, self-driven, able to lead cross-domain and cross-team work; meticulous logical thinking, capable of handling multiple complex tasks in parallel.
