Competitive Mode Lead

Responsible for the overall planning of mode gameplay and editor development for the 'Mobile Legends: Bang Bang' project. Coordinate team resources, formulate and follow up on project development plans, overall control the gameplay of mode features, and collaborate with operations and publishing to contribute to mode activity. Continuously iterate on existing modes by focusing on the experience and strategy of various top-down combat game genres and understanding market popular gameplay trends.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of experience in game industry lead planning, experience in building frameworks preferred.
• Market sensitive, passionate about games, with product analysis and appreciation skills, good at identifying and solving problems.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, good teamwork and management ability, capable of independent challenging work.
• Ability to control mode gameplay experience, interaction, vitality, and balance across multiple dimensions.
• Strong logical thinking, meticulous, strong learning ability, and strong personal expression.
