Responsible for game user research, participating in user research for publishing business after game launch, using various qualitative and quantitative research methods to conduct targeted surveys and analysis, helping game projects understand user needs, verify publishing strategies, and continuously optimize and enhance user experience.
2. Proficient in various research methods such as questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, focus groups, and user experience testing, selecting appropriate solutions based on business needs and ensuring scientific rigor during execution.
3. Able to lead medium to large-scale user research projects within the team, responsible for project communication, research planning, task assignment, execution, conclusion output, and follow-up, providing objective user experience feedback, accurate user behavior and demand analysis, and valuable implementation suggestions.
4. Good understanding of the game market, sufficient knowledge and analysis of major game categories, and regular output of research reports to support product and publishing decisions.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields.
2. 3+ years of relevant work experience, familiar with common user research analysis methods, and accumulated methodology.
3. Good English listening, reading, writing skills, fluent in English interviews, and able to use English as a working language.
4. Basic statistics and data analysis skills, proficient in statistical analysis tools like Excel, SPSS, R.
5. Good communication, insight, logical analysis, and project management skills.
6. Familiar with and passionate about games, with own understanding and judgment of games.
7. Able to adapt to a certain intensity of business travel.
8. Bonus points: Experience in user research at a gaming company or experience as a vendor is preferred.
