Mobile App / Game Designer

As a Mobile App/Game Designer at Reasonify Technology Pvt. Ltd., you will be an integral part of our innovative tech company dedicated to building smart, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences at the intersection of data-driven applications and immersive gaming. You will collaborate with the product team to define project goals, create user flows, wireframes, and storyboards, and design visually stunning user interfaces and game elements. You will also build interactive prototypes, prepare design specifications for developers, and incorporate feedback to refine designs.

Must Have

• Collaborate with the product team to define project goals, user personas, and design requirements.
• Create detailed user flows, wireframes, and storyboards.
• Design visually stunning, pixel-perfect user interfaces, icons, and visual assets.
• Design core gameplay loops, UI/HUD elements, reward systems, and monetization interfaces for game projects.
• Build interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Prepare and deliver meticulously organized design files and specifications for the development team.
• Incorporate feedback from user testing, analytics, and team reviews to refine and improve designs.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in mobile app design and/or mobile game design.
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your design process with high-quality mobile app designs.
• Expert-level skills in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, mobile-first design patterns, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
• A keen eye for visual design, including typography, color theory, layout, and motion.
• Solid knowledge of game design fundamentals, player psychology, and engagement mechanics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have

• Projects demonstrating game UI or gamification principles are a huge plus.

• Create detailed user flows, wireframes, and storyboards to map out the user journey and interaction models.
• Design visually stunning, pixel-perfect user interfaces, icons, and visual assets that align with our brand and the project's specific style.
• For game projects, design core gameplay loops, UI/HUD elements, reward systems, and monetization interfaces (e.g., in-app stores).
• Build interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to test and validate design concepts with stakeholders and users.
• Prepare and deliver meticulously organized design files and specifications for the development team, ensuring a smooth transition from design to code.
• Incorporate feedback from user testing, analytics, and team reviews to refine and improve designs throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in mobile app design (iOS and Android) and/or mobile game design.
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your design process with high-quality mobile app designs. Projects demonstrating game UI or gamification principles are a huge plus.
• Expert-level skills in modern design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD.
