We are looking for an experienced Motion Designer with strong expertise in video production and motion graphics, who also confidently uses AI tools to generate video content. You will create performance-driven advertising videos, social media creatives, and UGC-style content, while leveraging AI for realistic video generation, talking head formats, and innovative visual storytelling that align with marketing briefs.

This role combines classic motion design skills with modern AI-driven creativity to produce impactful and efficient marketing solutions."

Your main tasks will be:

• Design and deliver at least ten unique motion ad creatives that meet brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Successfully apply AI video tools to generate realistic talking heads aligned with the brief.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt AI-generated video and image content (editing, colour correction, lip-sync, integration with brand assets).
• Show strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and retention principles in performance-marketing videos.
• Proactively suggest one improvement to existing motion workflows or propose a new AI-driven creative approach.
• Meet deadlines consistently and show ownership of final video quality."

We expect from you:

• Proven experience in motion design, video editing, and animation (After Effects).
• Ability to produce advertising creatives, social media ads, and UGC-style videos.
• Strong knowledge of typography and animated graphic elements.
• Ability to generate high-quality static images with AI tools (MidJourney, Imagen, Comfy, etc.) for use in generated videos.
• Proficiency with AI video tools (HeyGen, Kling, Runway, Pika, Veo, etc.) to generate realistic videos, talking head formats, and UGC content.
• Ability to adapt and refine AI-generated content: editing, color correction, lip-sync, branding integration.
• Understanding of performance-marketing video principles (hooks, pacing, retention strategies).
• Basic sound design skills: music selection, voice-over integration, AI-voice adjustments.
• Proficiency in Russian, and level of English B2+
• Experience with workflow automation (After Effects scripts, AI pipelines) is nice to have.
