Job Summary
The company BetterMe develops IT products in the health and leisure category for people of different ages and physical abilities. The role involves creating advertising creatives for social media, working with existing projects, and adapting videos for different platforms and localizations. The candidate will collaborate with the team, make decisions regarding ad development, and test new ideas. The role requires proficiency in After Effects, understanding of basic principles of dynamic editing and animation, and the ability to work with shapes and masks. The team consists of 400+ professionals and the company is one of the largest partners of Facebook/Google/Snapchat/Twitter in Central and Eastern Europe.
Must Have
- Proficient in After Effects
- Understand dynamic editing and animation
- Ability to work with shapes and masks
- Experience with any plugins
- Pre-intermediate English level
Good to Have
- Experience in the field of design
- Knowledge of Animation Composer, Motion Tools, TextBox, etc.
- Understanding of video-working neural networks

Про команду:
Шукаємо у команду Motion Designer/Video Editor для допомоги зі створенням рекламних роликів для соціальних мереж. У тебе буде можливість навчатись у команди, приймати рішення щодо розвитку реклами, тестувати нові ідеї.
Твої майбутні задачі:
- Працювати з готовими проєктами (колектами);
- Створювати рекламні креативи за брифом;
- Адаптувати відео під різні платформи та локалізації.
- Впевнене володіння інструментами After Effects;
- Розуміння базових принципів динамічного монтажу та анімації;
- Вміння працювати з шейпами та масками;
- Досвід роботи з будь-якими плагінами;
- Pre-intermediate+ рівень володіння англійською мовою;
- Уважність, вміння швидко навчатися та організувати свій робочий процес.
- Досвід роботи у сфері дизайну;
- Знання плагінів Animation Composer, Motion Tools, TextBox та інших;
- Розуміння нейромереж, що працюють з відео.
