We are looking for an Office Manager (all genders) to join our Berlin office starting January 2026, on a part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and applicants, manage office organization, travel, and guest services, and support internal events and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate has a commercial or service-oriented background with initial professional experience, is organized, proactive, service-oriented, and proficient in German, English, and MS Office.
Must Have:- Receive clients, suppliers, and applicants at the Berlin location.
- Support office organization (mail, deliveries) for smooth operations.
- Responsible for travel management for the Berlin team.
- Process orders for office materials and project-related items.
- Manage guest services, including preparing meeting rooms and catering.
- Assist with planning internal events and administrative tasks.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with People & Culture.
- Completed training in a commercial or service-oriented field (e.g., hotel industry, office management, event management).
- Initial relevant professional experience.
- Self-confident demeanor, reliable, team-oriented work style, and strong service understanding.
- Flexible, organized, and highly proactive.
- Proficient in German and English communication.
- Proficient in MS Office.
