Job Description
Office Manager
We invite an Office Manager to work in the Kyiv office of the company. The office team is small, up to 50 people. We are different in character, but friendly. We want to find a person who will take care of our office and team, create comfort and coziness, come up with and help implement ideas for recreation and small celebrations.
It is essential that you "care", you are about people and care. You are about order and details. You equally enjoy routine tasks and unexpected tasks. Work in the office, in the center of Kyiv.

Your tasks:
- Ensure a comfortable working environment in the office (available household materials, stationery, working household appliances, drinks, food. Everything that does not work is repaired or replaced with new)
- Respond to and work with people's requests regarding comfort in the office
- Manage the budget and plan office expenses
- Coordinate the work of staff (cleaners, barista)
- Conduct inventory
- Assist with onboarding, adaptation, and dismissal of people
- Organize team business trips - Ukraine, possibly abroad
- Organize courier sending/delivery
- Propose ideas and organize team leisure
- Decorate the office for holidays
- Help organize celebrations within the company
- Help the PR team with filming, participation in conferences
- Coordinate offices in Rivne and Limassol.
