Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Administrator to manage and coordinate administrative and financial operations in Belgrade, Serbia. This full-time, on-site role is crucial for ensuring smooth office functionality, maintaining high standards in documentation, and effective communication with external partners. Key responsibilities include overseeing administrative activities, managing financial and legal documentation, handling business contracts, and serving as the primary contact for external accounting services and authorities.
Must Have:
  • Oversee and coordinate all administrative activities related to office operations
  • Manage financial documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Archive legal and HR documents in compliance with internal policies
  • Handle business documentation and contracts with suppliers, contractors, and other partners
  • Serve as the primary contact for external accounting services, banks, tax authorities, and other institutions
  • Prepare and maintain financial administration, including invoicing and bookkeeping (incoming and outgoing invoices)
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented individual
  • High standards of accuracy and quality
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Willing to take on a 18 months fixed term employment
  • Native Serbian speaker with fluent English
