Online Game Presenter (Portuguese)
Job Summary
Job Description
Conduct and develop online gaming tables according to company procedures. Responsibilities include leading and guiding game sessions, ensuring adherence to established guidelines, and maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere for players. The role demands strong communication and team leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and emotional intelligence. The position requires availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, on a schedule of six days of work followed by two days off. While prior experience is not mandatory, fluency in Portuguese is essential, with assessments conducted to evaluate proficiency. This role offers a full payroll package with all legal benefits, paid training, bi-weekly payments, performance bonuses, a native language bonus, and food vouchers based on attendance.

Requisitos
- Dominio del idioma Portugués (se contemplan evaluaciones)
- Habilidades de Comunicación y liderazgo de equipos
- Alto atención a los detalles y apego a normas
- Inteligencia emocional
- Responsabilidad y transparencia
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos MAÑANA-TARDE-NOCHE (fines de semana y días festivos)
- Programación 6 días de trabajo x 2 de descanso.
- No se requiere experiencia previa
