Job Summary
Job Description
Lead the development of English-language gaming tables in accordance with company procedures. Responsibilities include managing and guiding a team, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulations, and maintaining high-quality gaming experiences. The role requires advanced English proficiency, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. The position is full-time with a rotating schedule, working 6 days on and 2 days off. No prior experience is required, but a strong understanding of teamwork and emotional intelligence is essential.

Conducir el desarrollo de las mesas de juego en inglés de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la compañía.
Requisitos
- Habilidades de Comunicación y liderazgo de equipos
- Dominio avanzado o intermedio de idioma inglés.
- Alto atención a los detalles y apego a normas
- Inteligencia emocional
- Responsabilidad y transparencia
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos
- Programación 6 días de trabajo x 2 de descanso.
- No se requiere experiencia previa
