Job Summary
Job Description
Lead and develop online gaming tables in accordance with company procedures. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth operation of online gaming sessions, adhering to company standards and regulations, and maintaining a positive player experience. Requires fluency in Portuguese, strong communication and team leadership skills, high attention to detail, emotional intelligence, responsibility, and transparency. Work involves rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night, including weekends and holidays) on a 6-day work week, 2-day off schedule. No prior experience is required.

Requisitos
- Dominio del idioma Portugués
- Habilidades de Comunicación y liderazgo de equipos
- Alto atención a los detalles y apego a normas
- Inteligencia emocional
- Responsabilidad y transparencia
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos MAÑANA-TARDE-NOCHE (fines de semana y días festivos)
- Programación 6 días de trabajo x 2 de descanso.
- No se requiere experiencia previa
