Kabam is seeking an Operations Project Coordinator Co-Op to provide essential project management support for current and upcoming company products. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to meet deadlines, ensuring seamless communication, and managing comprehensive project tracking, status reports, project briefs, and research. The co-op will also coordinate internal playtests, support company playtests, and conduct market research to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree
  • Basic understanding of spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally

We're looking for an Operations Project Coordinator Co-Op to join our team! In this crucial role, you'll provide essential project management support for the success of both current and upcoming company products. You'll collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and communication flows seamlessly across different departments and external partners, with key responsibilities including comprehensive project tracking, generating status reports, drafting project briefs, and conducting research.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Project Management
  • Keep track of all the projects happening
  • Update and report on action items and status reports
  • Communicate proactively with all stakeholders on their deadlines and deliverables
  • This will be across multiple projects and initiatives
  • Keep product evaluation schedules and frameworks up to date and organized for publishing
  • Run Internal Playtests, support Company Playtests
  • Coordinate the scheduling and execution of internal playtests to ensure timely delivery of high-quality feedback.
  • Oversee task completion and deadlines, maintaining clear communication with team members.
  • Manage all logistical aspects of testing projects, including creating write-ups, handling assets, and liaising with points of contact for translations.
  • When needed, research testing vendors, gather information, present to stakeholders to speed up the selection process
  • Handle contracts and invoices required for the tests
  • Market Research
  • Research market trends, competitor products, and player needs.
  • Support the delivery of clear, actionable reports that highlight key opportunities and risks.
  • Develop templates and frameworks to streamline future research.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Engage with internal stakeholders as needed, including managers and senior team members.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordinate information between project teams and other departments.

Your background includes:

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Basic understanding of spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with team members across the organization.
  • Passion in the tech and gaming space is beneficial

$24 - $26 an hour

The typical hiring range listed above is specific to candidates located in

Vancouver. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills and competencies, and you’ll have room to grow after you join!
