Job Description

This role primarily involves administrative support tasks. Responsibilities include PC work such as converting paper documents to PDF, scanning, renaming, and data entry using Word, Excel, and other specialized software. Light tasks include sorting mail, transporting goods to the warehouse, organizing items, rubber stamping envelopes and accounting slips, and shredding documents. The role also involves packing and shipping samples and promotional materials. Work assignments will be tailored to individual strengths, as it is not necessary to perform all tasks.

Mainly administrative support tasks.

  • PC tasks
  • Converting paper documents to PDF (scanning and renaming/saving)
