Organization Development Specialist

The Organization Development Specialist will be responsible for understanding the company's business and strategic goals to develop and implement effective organizational development solutions. This includes maintaining and optimizing the OD management system, covering aspects like job series, levels, positions, and overall organizational structure. The specialist will also lead the implementation and iterative improvement of COE projects, such as those related to promotions, performance management, and talent reviews. Furthermore, the role involves optimizing HR data insight metrics and establishing new tools for organizational diagnosis.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized institution
• 3+ years of professional experience in client-side companies or consulting firms

Good to Have

• STEM major preferred
• Experience in the gaming industry
• Excellent logical thinking and methodology

Job Description

1. Understand the company's business and strategy, provide solutions based on the company's organizational development strategy, and promote their implementation.

2. Maintain and optimize the OD management system, such as job series and levels, positions, and organizational structure.

3. Lead the implementation, promotion, and iterative optimization of COE projects, such as promotion, performance, and inventory projects.

4. Optimize the HR data insight indicator system and establish other organizational diagnostic tools and methods.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized institution, STEM major preferred.

2. 3+ years of professional experience in client-side companies or consulting firms, experience in the gaming industry preferred.
