Job Summary
This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and implementing IP derivative products, ensuring they align with the IP's style and consumer needs. The designer will explore market trends, produce design mock-ups, manage product development, and continuously improve user experience based on feedback. Key responsibilities include controlling design quality and progress, being familiar with the IP, performing design supervision, and collaborating effectively with merchandise production teams to ensure successful product implementation.
Must Have
- Accurately extract IP derivative product selling points.
- Responsible for concept excavation, overall design, and implementation of game IP peripheral derivatives.
- Ensure design style conforms to project tone and meets IP consumer needs.
- Propose product creative planning solutions based on IP characteristics and user needs.
- Explore market trends and new product discovery, and quickly produce design renderings.
- Independently complete product design, ensuring development progress and output.
- Continuously analyze user feedback and usage data after product launch to improve user experience.
- Control design quality and progress for responsible projects, familiar with the IP, and perform design supervision.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with the merchandise production team, participate in merchandise supervision, and promote product implementation.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in animation/game/cultural and creative peripheral derivatives.
- Familiar with production processes and workflows, with successful product launch experience.
- Proficient in using PS/AI/SAI and other drawing software, with good drawing ability.
- Possess excellent aesthetic ability, outstanding modeling and color ability.
- Have some research on derivative product design and fashion trends.
- Understand the craft materials of various peripherals, and be able to skillfully combine craft and design.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Visual/Industrial/Product/Graphic Design or related majors.
- Familiar with design application and production processes of paper printed materials, acrylic, and tinplate badges.
- Possess an innovative spirit and good teamwork spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities
1. Accurately extract IP derivative product selling points, responsible for the concept excavation, overall design, and implementation of game IP peripheral derivatives. Ensure the design style conforms to the project tone and meets the needs of IP consumers.
2. Based on IP characteristics and user needs, propose product creative planning solutions; explore market trends for new product discovery, and be able to quickly produce design renderings.
3. Capable of independently completing product design, ensuring product development progress and output;
4. Continuously analyze user feedback and usage data after product launch, constantly improving the product's user experience;
5. Control the design quality and progress of responsible projects, be familiar with the IP, and perform design supervision.
6. Effectively communicate and collaborate with the merchandise production team, participate in merchandise supervision, and promote product implementation.
Requirements
1. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in animation/game/cultural and creative peripheral derivatives, familiar with production processes and workflows, with successful product launch experience. Experience in plush toy design and production is preferred.
2. Proficient in using PS/AI/SAI and other drawing software to complete derivative product design work, with good drawing ability. Proficiency in P4 software operation is preferred.
3. Possess excellent aesthetic ability, outstanding modeling and color ability, have some research on derivative product design and fashion trends, understand the craft materials of various peripherals, and be able to skillfully combine craft and design.
4. Bachelor's degree or above in Visual/Industrial/Product/Graphic Design or related design majors. Interested in game peripheral design, understand the design and production processes of mainstream IP derivatives, familiar with the design application and production processes of paper printed materials, acrylic, and tinplate badges, and control the accuracy and completeness from design finalization to product post-production.
5. Possess an innovative spirit and good teamwork spirit, with a certain ability to work under pressure. Team management experience is preferred, and experience in liaising with large teams and factories is preferred.
6. Please provide personal portfolio with your resume, requiring at least five different categories of peripheral derivative independent design displays.
