European and American Marketing Intern - Shining Nikki

This role involves participating in the design, implementation, and execution of marketing plans to achieve team goals, ensuring efficient project completion from strategy to feedback. Key responsibilities include daily management and interaction within the KOC community, optimizing community operations to boost activity and influence. The intern will also collect and analyze user data and market feedback, research competitor community models, and provide data-driven recommendations for strategy optimization. Additionally, the role requires staying updated on industry trends and proposing innovative marketing and community solutions.

Job Description

1. According to team goals, participate in the design, implementation, and execution of marketing plans, ensuring the efficient completion of the entire project process from strategic planning to execution feedback.

2. Primarily responsible for the daily management and interaction of the KOC community, optimizing the community operation system, and enhancing community activity and influence.

3. Collect and analyze user needs, behavioral data, and market feedback, deeply research competitor community operation models, and provide data support and suggestions for strategy optimization and innovation.

4. Continuously pay attention to industry trends, propose innovative marketing and community operation solutions, and promote efficient collaboration with teams and other departments to achieve multi-project goals.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, attendance more than 4 days a week, internship for more than 4 months preferred;

2. English can be used as a working language, with a basic understanding of European and American markets, overseas study experience preferred;

3. Love games, have some understanding of Papergames' products, have some understanding of dress-up games, played Shining Nikki preferred;

4. Possess good communication and collaboration skills, capable of efficiently completing various tasks.
