The Overseas Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for managing and resolving complaints and disputes from overseas VIP users. They are also tasked with conducting quality checks for the overseas English customer service team. Furthermore, the supervisor regularly updates and maintains overseas service policies and standard procedures, driving continuous improvement in the quality of English language service delivery. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.
Must Have:
  • Resolve overseas VIP user complaints and disputes.
  • Conduct quality checks for overseas English customer service.
