Job Description
1. Conduct compliance research related to the company's overseas business, provide compliance analysis and business optimization suggestions.
2. Continuously monitor legal, policy, and industry trends in local and other overseas business-related regions, and produce relevant observation reports.
3. Handle legal work related to the company's overseas business, including business contract review, product review, employee training, and liaison with external lawyers.
Job Requirements
1. Three years or more of legal work experience in overseas law firms or internet companies' overseas business.
