Job Description

The Paralegal will be involved in preparing and reviewing resolutions of corporate bodies, supporting meetings of corporate bodies, preparing and reviewing powers of attorney, filings with the Business Register, coordinating activities with Notaries and other professionals, and reporting activities. The role requires a law degree, excellent written and spoken English, 2/3 years of experience, and excellent adaptability and problem-solving skills. Al fine di ampliare il dipartimento Legale di Milano che si occupa di Corporate & Compliance, siamo alla ricerca di una figura paralegal che sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:
  • Predisposizione e revisione di delibere di organi sociali;
  • supporto alle riunioni di organi sociali;
  • predisposizione e revisione di deleghe e procure;
  • depositi presso Registro Imprese;
  • attività di coordinamento con Notai e altri professionisti;
  • attività di reportistica.


Completano il profilo i seguenti requisiti:
  • Laurea in discipline giuridiche;
  • ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che orale;
  • 2/3 anni di esperienza;
  • ottima capacità di adattamento e problem solving.
