Super.com is seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Partner Operations Manager for its Strategic Operations team. This role focuses on optimizing partner relationships, resolving disputes, and driving operational excellence through data-driven strategies. The Vertical Operations team, which this role supports, is crucial for aligning operational excellence with business growth, ensuring end-to-end performance, defining service standards, and balancing service quality with cost efficiency for sustainable growth.
Must Have:
  • Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement financial models & strategies to optimize partner relationships and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to improve partner onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolution processes.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership with actionable insights.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes impacting supplier operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years in operations, strategy, or business development, ideally in travel, fintech, or membership sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or SQL, with experience in data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of partner operations, process design, and dispute resolution.
  • Proven ability to develop financial models and strategies.
  • Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering and Customer Service.
  • Analytical thinker with high attention to detail, skilled at identifying gaps and leading initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present data-driven recommendations.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Partner Operations Manager to join our Strategic Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales enablement, compliance and/or operational strategy, who thrives on solving complex problems with data and has a proven ability to manage and optimize partner relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to enhance partner performance & accountability, resolve disputes, and drive operational excellence.

About the team:

The Vertical Operations team serves as the strategic backbone of Operations, directly aligning operational excellence with business growth. We are accountable for the end-to-end performance of each vertical — defining service standards, setting SLAs, and ensuring partners deliver consistently against customer and business expectations.

Our mandate extends beyond execution — we drive strategic scalability by balancing service quality, partner accountability, and cost efficiency. Through data-driven insights, governance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration, Vertical Operations ensures every operational process contributes to sustainable growth.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years in operations, strategy, or business development — ideally in travel, fintech, or membership sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or SQL, with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude, Power BI) to drive insights and decisions.
  • Strong understanding of partner operations, process design, and dispute resolution to improve performance and accountability.
  • Proven ability to develop financial models and strategies that optimize partner performance and manage complex issues.
  • Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering and Customer Service to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Analytical thinker with high attention to detail, skilled at identifying gaps and leading initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

$76,000 - $139,000 a year

As a remote-first organization we use benchmarking data reflective of your geographical areas to ensure our compensation package is competitive based on where you reside. Your TA partner will confirm which range applies to your location as part of the hiring process.

Tier 1: 80,000 - $126,000 CAD- Greater Toronto Area (City of Toronto, York Region, Durham Region, Peel Region, Halton Region)- Metro Vancouver (City of Vancouver, North Shore, Burnaby, New Westminster, Tri-Cities, Fraser Valley Edge, South of the Fraser River, and Richmond)

Tier 2: $76,000 - $120,000 CAD- All other Regions and Municipalities

USA: $77,000 - $139,000 USD
