Payroll Technician
Job Description
- Prepare and process monthly payroll using the company's payroll system (ADP)
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labor, tax, and social security legislation
- Manage employee records (contracts, terminations, holidays, etc.)
- Calculate and process social security contributions and IRPF deductions
- Coordinate with external payroll agencies, advisors, and authorities when necessary
- Support HR and Finance departments with reports and data reconciliations
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and related topics
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection in all payroll processes

What will you do?
Play and test the games. Literally. But we need you be on it and all over it. Relentless with your approach to testing games. As an absolute perfectionist you will find linguistic bugs and report these back using bug database communicating across global boundaries in an unambiguous way which is why is important you can communicate in clear English.
The role will suit candidates who can work from Monday to Friday full-time on a day shift, typically starting at 9:00am
This in an Hybrid Position.
Our office will be located in Alvento Business Park, Vía de los Poblados, 1-3 28033, Madrid.
What would you do at work?
About the position: We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Technician to manage and process our employees' payroll in Spain. You will be part of a small and collaborative team, playing a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration, compliance with Spanish labor regulations, and supporting general HR and administrative processes.
