Miniclip is seeking a People Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. Reporting to the Head of People Business Partnering, this role involves providing pragmatic, commercially focused, and Person-led HR business partnership to leaders and managers in the UK, including Commercial, Finance, Legal teams, and Miniclip Derby and Guilford studios. The partner will drive recruitment, development, engagement, and progression of employees, ensuring a positive employment experience consistent with Miniclip's employer brand.

  • Using knowledge of business areas to identify themes, trends, and suggest HR interventions.

We are looking for a People Business Partner on a 12 month FTC, to join the People team in our London office.

Reporting to the Head of People Business Partnering, based in Lisbon, Portugal, this role will be responsible for providing highly pragmatic, commercially focused and Person-led HR business partnership to leaders and managers in the UK. This includes Commercial, Finance and Legal teams, Derby, and Guilford studios.

What will you be doing?

As you’d expect from a key People Business Partner role, this person will work collaboratively and creatively with stakeholders across the business to drive the recruitment, development, engagement, and progression of our people, helping our people thrive and contribute to our growth and success. This includes:

  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with your nominated leaders and managers.
  • Collaborating with the wider People team to continually review and evolve our employment practice to ensure that the employment experience lives up to our aspirations
  • Using your knowledge of the business areas assigned to this role to identify themes, trends and potential issues early and to suggest HR interventions to address these.
  • Working with line managers to create and sustain an employment experience that genuinely matches the rhetoric of the recruitment process and is consistent with the Employer Brand.
  • Providing trusted strategic and operational advice to your assigned business areas on HR matters.
