Join the Philips Develop Internship Program 2025! Develop in a global and innovative environment working on projects that improve people's health and well-being. We are looking for an intern to support our committees in Philips' Diversity, Inclusion, and Well-being actions. Your role will involve supporting diversity, inclusion, and well-being committees, documenting meeting minutes, preparing quarterly activity reports, researching market best practices and trends, aligning with the Latam Diversity, Inclusion, and Well-being team, and preparing presentations with data and indicators for Brazil actions.

Must Have

  • Support Diversity, Inclusion, and Well-being committees.
  • Document meeting minutes and prepare quarterly activity reports.
  • Research market best practices and trends in diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
  • Maintain alignment with the Latam Diversity, Inclusion, and Well-being team.
  • Prepare presentations with data and indicators for Brazil actions.
  • Currently enrolled in higher education in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Human Resources, Public Relations or related fields.
  • Expected graduation from June/2027 onwards.
  • Basic English and Excel skills.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of Canva and/or Photoshop and/or Video Editors and/or PPT.
  • Experience with events and/or social actions.

Your role

  • Support to Diversity, Inclusion and Well-being committees.
  • Document meeting minutes and prepare quarterly activity reports.
  • Research market best practices and trends in the area of diversity, inclusion and well-being.
  • Maintain alignment with the Latam Diversity, Inclusion and Well-being team.
  • Prepare presentations with data and indicators for Brazil actions

You are the right person if:

  • You are studying higher education in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Human Resources, Public Relations or related areas;
  • You have an expected course completion from June/2027 onwards;
  • You have Basic English and Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Canva and/or Photoshop and/or Video Editors and/or PPT and/or experience with events and/or social actions will be a plus;

How we work together

We believe that we make a greater impact when we are together than apart. For our office team members, this means working in person at least three days a week, to collaborate and connect with others.

On-site positions require the employee to be present at the company's facilities at all times. For employees who hold a field position, their duties are performed more effectively outside the company's facilities, usually at client or supplier facilities.

This role is an office position.
