Job Description

This Planning Internship at HP involves supporting and monitoring acquisition, import, and export requests, assisting in process development, and performing invoice verification and inventory control. The role also includes managing equipment depreciation, material handling, logistics coordination with carriers and suppliers, and supporting reverse logistics. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields, with knowledge of Excel and English, and possess a proactive, organized, and team-oriented profile.
Must Have:
  • Support and monitor acquisition, import, and export requests.
  • Assist in the development, standardization, and implementation of internal processes.
  • Perform invoice verification, inventory control, and periodic audits.
  • Support equipment depreciation control and movement management.
  • Assist in material handling operations and verification.
  • Communicate with carriers and suppliers for logistics coordination.
  • Support reverse logistics processes for damaged or returned goods (internal and external suppliers).
  • Collaborate in organizing receiving, storage, and shipping areas, ensuring proper service to internal and external clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Excel and English.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
