Job Summary
SailPoint is seeking a motivated PMO Analyst to support Recurring Services activities in Pune, India. This full-time role involves working with CRM and PSA tools to manage sales opportunities, ensure accurate forecasting, and facilitate smooth project invoicing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and possesses 2+ years of experience in a business analyst or administrative role. Responsibilities include creating/updating opportunities and projects in Salesforce, managing POs, payments, change orders, and assisting with SOW and timesheet administration.
Must Have
- Creating and updating opportunities within Salesforce
- Reviewing reports of license opportunities to ensure associated services opportunities are linked appropriately
- Creating projects within Salesforce and our PSA tool
- Working with PS managers and clients to ensure POs, payments, change orders, and invoices are received in a timely manner
- Assisting with SOW administration
- Assisting with Change Order administration
- Assisting with timesheet submission, tracking, and visibility
- Reporting and tracking on project hour usage
- Working with PS managers to identify opportunities needing updating and ensuring updates occur
- Working with Recurring Services Project, Engagement and Technical teams to follow up on customer projects and scheduling as needed
Good to Have
- Experience with spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel and Smart sheets
- Experience with Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Computer Science or Engineering degree a plus)

What you’ll do?
SailPoint is looking for candidate to support our Recurring Services activities. This role will work with Recurring Services team to provide both day-to-day insights and support of our Services sales opportunities. This role will involve working with CRM and PSA tools to keep records up to date, forecasting accurate, and ensure project invoicing is smooth and efficient.
- Within the first month, you will be introduced to your team and your job responsibilities by shadowing team members and taking over some administrative tasks.
- Within 2-3 months you will have taken over major administrative functions and start to operate independently.
- After 6 months you will have taken ownership of all major analytic functions within the Recurring Services team.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to comprehensively and clearly present strategic issues and solutions.
- Experience with spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel and Smart sheets a strong plus
- Experience with Salesforce a strong plus
- Proven skills at cultivating strong working relationships and working well within a team to learn and share knowledge.
- Ability to work in multiple time zones, specifically supporting the United States time zones.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Computer Science or Engineering degree a plus).
Travel:
- This position requires up to 5% travel.
