The Senior PMO Project Manager at SailPoint will act as the PMO representative for the LATAM region, ensuring alignment with global standards and driving continuous improvement. This role involves overseeing the successful delivery of SailPoint solutions, executing all project management responsibilities with rigor, and managing a diverse portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, organized, and energetic professional with experience in Professional Services PMO, working closely with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Must Have

- Manage client stakeholders and customer expectations.
- Facilitate the fulfillment of staffing requests and prioritize resource requests.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Provide regular updates on clients’ performance to customers and management.
- 7+ years of formal project management experience, including 3+ years working directly for a PMO.
- Experience with essential Project Management duties (project planning, budget, scope, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management).
- Experience managing projects across multiple teams and geographies.
- Experience managing staffing across a large organization with up to 45 resources per geographic area.
Good to Have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
- Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) certification.
- Bachelor's degree or master's level preferred, or global equivalent experience.

You will have worked closely with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to successfully complete project deliverables and align project resources with staffing requests. What You’ll Do:
The PMO Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) serves two core functions:
- Regional Representation: Act as the PMO representative for the LATAM region, ensuring alignment with global PMO standards, driving adherence to best practices, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Project Delivery Leadership: Oversee the successful delivery of solutions while executing all project management responsibilities with rigor and consistency.
- Onboarding & Mentorship (0–2 Months)
- Complete structured onboarding and mentorship to gain familiarity with our delivery methodology.
- Engage with PMO leadership and local project teams to learn global best practices.
- Begin leading customer engagements by preparing project plans, conducting team and client meetings, tracking deliverables, maintaining status reports, and supporting forecasting, budget reporting, and risk/issue documentation.
- Demonstrated Competence (3–6 Months)
- Apply the delivery methodology with confidence across small-to-medium projects.
- Lead key PM activities such as project kickoffs, weekly governance meetings, budget tracking, milestone management, and risk mitigation.
- Represent the PMO in regional initiatives, ensuring local execution reflects global standards.
- Full Ownership (12 Months)
- Manage a diverse portfolio of projects of varying size and complexity with minimal oversight.
- Serve as a fully self-sustaining Sr. PM, accountable for the complete lifecycle of project management delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and closure.
- Act as a trusted extension of the global PMO, ensuring APAC practices remain consistent, scalable, and continuously improved.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end project management for Phase 1 (and other PS) client engagements.
- Prepare for and lead weekly staffing meetings, ensuring all notes, action and follow-up items are captured, distributed, and completed.
- Lead Weekly Resource Availability meetings with project and engagement managers to ensure that resource allocation, availability and forecast are accurate and up to date, and that updates are completed in a timely fashion.
- Manage client stakeholders & customer expectations, ensuring client concerns, risks and requirements are anticipated, identified, managed, and addressed accordingly.
- Facilitate the fulfillment of staffing requests and prioritize resource requests, working with RMO, Leadership and other team members to ensure the right person is in the right place at the right time.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (scope, status, schedule, budget, forecast risks, issues) in appropriate repositories.
- Assist Engagement managers with Change Order content, process.
- Provide regular updates on clients’ performance to customers and Management.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of formal project management experience, including 3 or more years working directly for a PMO.
- Excellent organization, and communication skills. Experience working with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with essential Project Management duties (project planning, budget, scope, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management)
- Experience managing projects across multiple teams and geographies to ensure engagements are delivered to specification, on-time and to budget.
- Experience managing staffing across a large organization with up to 45 resources per geographic area.
Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified associate in project management (CAPM) a plus
- Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or master's level preferred, or global equivalent experience
Travel:
- Up to 15%
