Job Description
Playtech Lima seeks online game presenters fluent in Spanish to lead and develop online gaming tables according to company procedures. Responsibilities include managing game flow, ensuring fair play, and adhering to strict operational guidelines. The role demands strong communication and team leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to responsibility and transparency. The position involves rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) including weekends and holidays, with a 6-day work week followed by 2 days off. No prior experience is needed, but training will be provided.
Must have:
- Lead and develop online gaming tables
- Excellent communication & team leadership
- High attention to detail & adherence to rules
- Emotional intelligence & responsibility
- Spanish fluency

Conducir e desarrollo de las mesas de juego en línea de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la compañía.
Requisitos
- Habilidades de Comunicación y liderazgo de equipos
- Alto atención a los detalles y apego a normas
- Inteligencia emocional
- Responsabilidad y transparencia
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos MAÑANA-TARDE-NOCHE (fines de semana y días festivos)
- Programación 6 días de trabajo x 2 de descanso.
- No se requiere experiencia previa
