Job Description
Your task will be to coordinate the development of our games and help the team achieve the best possible results. You will be responsible for the efficiency of developing game mechanics or parts of the story and for adhering to their creation plan. This role involves organizing meetings, collaborating with various development disciplines, reporting progress, managing organizational tools like YouTrack, and developing efficient development processes.
Good To Have:
- Experience with game development, professional or amateur, in a producer or other role
- Experience with IT development
- Experience with YouTrack, Jira, or other ticketing systems
- Advanced technical competencies, e.g., ability to create macros or scripts for data analysis and visualization
- Interest in video games, especially RPGs
Must Have:
- Experience in project management or coordination
- Ability to communicate effectively, excellent organization, proactivity
- Interest in game development and willingness to continue learning
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level
- Presence in the office, except for occasional work from home

Your task will be to coordinate the development of our games and help the team achieve the best possible results. You will be responsible for the efficiency of developing game mechanics or parts of the story and for adhering to their creation plan. To this end, you will:
- Organize and moderate meetings with your development teams and oversee the implementation of their conclusions.
- Collaborate with developers across all disciplines of game development, from programmers to audiovisual departments or QA.
- Regularly report on the progress of work on individual parts of the game to other producers and studio management.
- Take care of the team's organizational tools, such as creating and sorting YouTrack tickets or maintaining documentation.
- Propose, implement, and develop the development processes that the entire game goes through.
- Develop an environment in which information relevant to their work effectively reaches team members.
Requirements
- Experience in project management or coordination.
- Ability to communicate effectively, excellent organization, proactivity.
- Interest in game development and willingness to continue learning.
