Job Summary
Dream Cricket, a division of Dream Sports, is seeking a Product Designer - 3 to lead the complete design lifecycle for mobile game features, systems, and live-ops. The role involves partnering with product and game design teams to define feature architecture, evolving visual style guides and design systems, and creating high-quality wireframes and assets. The ideal candidate will drive design innovation based on player psychology and data analysis, ensuring a superior user experience and collaborating closely with engineering and art teams.
Must Have
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a significant focus on mobile games (F2P experience preferred)
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping/motion tools
- Mastery of usability heuristics, player psychology, and accessibility standards for mobile platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional work in both interaction design (UX), information architecture, and visual design (UI)
- Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, A/B testing, and utilising data analysis to inform design decisions
Good to Have
- Background in motion design, VFX, or sound-driven interactions
- Advanced degree or certification in HCI, Cognitive Science, Game Design, or a related field
- Proven ability to influence and guide product/feature decisions with deep design expertise
- Experience with game engine integration (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine)
- Passion for gaming and/or sports

Your Role
- Lead the complete design lifecycle (strategy, UX, UI) for features, game systems, core loops, and live-ops features, ensuring a superior user experience
- Partner with product and game design teams to define feature architecture and interaction patterns that shape the game's feel and align with business goals
- Define, document, and evolve our visual style guides, UI components, and motion principles, establishing a unified and scalable Design System
- Create and deliver high-quality wireframes, production-ready assets, and high-fidelity
- Drive design innovation based on player psychology, heuristics, usability testing, and data analysis to ensure frictionless navigation and retention-focused flows
- Act as a senior design authority, collaborating closely with Engineering, Art, and Game Design to balance aesthetics, technical feasibility, and business impact
