Are you ready to transform the way the artists create content? We're on a mission to transform the creation process for film, games, and animation and we want you to join us as a Product Manager to make this vision a reality! In this role, you'll be helping to lead from strategic inception to hands-on execution.
You'll have a leading role in defining product requirements, connecting product development to business strategies, coordinating stakeholder needs, and shaping overarching goals.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and business leadership
- Engage in hands-on product management tasks, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and ideation, to collaborating on implementation, to feature evolution
- Evaluating competitive solutions, and initiating and developing relationships with partners
- Work with stakeholders to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities, and drive towards impactful solutions and constant improvement
- Actively monitor your product's performance in production, continuously questioning its trajectory and making data-driven decisions
Experience and qualifications
- 5-8 years proven track record as a Product Manager in B2C/B2B2C companies which include designing, building, launching, and improving creator-facing products by collaborating closely with R&D and cross-functional teams
- A proactive, results-driven individual with a strong inclination for taking initiative and pushing boundaries to achieve goals effectively
- Strong technical background with excellent analytical skills, complemented by experience in writing specifications and user stories
- Deep understanding of creator workflows and applications, as well as AI technology in general
- Exceptional organizational skills, enabling effective multitasking and prioritization, supported by fluent verbal and written communication in English
- Experience creating interactive dashboards
- Experience with roadmap creation and relevant tools
- Experience with SaaS or cloud-based software
- Bonus: experience with authoring tools
