Product Manager

What You'll Do

1. Product Strategy and Vision:

o Define and articulate the product’s goals and objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders.

o Identify key features and functionalities required to achieve these goals.

2. Product Roadmap and Prioritization:

o Develop a detailed product roadmap outlining key milestones and deliverables.

o Prioritize features and functionalities for each release based on customer needs, market trends, and technical feasibility.

o Manage limited resources efficiently to maximize product impact.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

o Work closely with developers, engineers and operations

o Ensure all teams are aligned with the product vision and roadmap.

o Provide necessary resources and support to enable effective execution.

4. User Research and Customer Development:

o Conduct focus groups, surveys, and in-depth interviews with key customers. o Analyse usage data to understand customer needs and preferences.

o Use insights to inform product strategy and development.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

o Track and analyse metrics, data, and customer feedback.

o Create reports and dashboards highlighting key insights and trends.

o Use data to identify opportunities for product improvement and inform strategic decisions.

6. Feature Release:

o Manage the successful launch of new features and enhancements.

o Communicate updates to users and conduct workshops for effective adoption.

o Gather feedback post-launch to continually refine and improve the product

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the iGaming or related industry.

• A strong understanding of Fraud & Risk systems and best practices is a plus.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
