As a Product Manager of Honor of Kings, your responsibilities include:

- Establish quarterly goals and tactics for the team, directing their efforts towards a unified vision with a keen emphasis on generating tangible results (user acquisition, monetization, etc.)

- Create a coherent product roadmap that aligns seamlessly, considering risks and timing to optimize the value delivered to players

- Work closely with the relevant cross-functional teams to develop and optimize top-of-funnel strategies for new player acquisition and revivals

- Gain a deep insight into the challenges encountered by both potential newcomers and existing players within the community, and drive strategies aimed at expanding and enriching the user base

- Identify the most impactful features, adjustments, and enhancements within the game that would significantly enhance player retention.

- Engage in regular prioritization of your product backlog and respond to emergent situations and needs from other teams

- Oversee the delegation of tasks among team members, fostering motivation and cohesion within the team, and ensuring the seamless coordination of team operations

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth product management

- Capability to develop measurable business outcomes and product strategy

- Relationship management, product management, stakeholder alignment, and collaboration capability

- Deep knowledge of games, relevant gaming audiences, and the gaming industry especially for MOBA genre

- Experience with data analytics and using metrics to make informed decisions

- Proficient in English and Chinese to deal with stakeholders in the region and HQ.
