Overview
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of Go-to-Market (GTM) success, focusing on core Product Messaging & Positioning, Sales Enablement, Competitive Analysis, and developing high-impact Customer Stories/Messaging for your line of products. You will serve as the crucial connection point between the product teams, sales/account management, and the customer, ensuring the voice of the customer is represented in all launches and materials. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a high degree of ownership.

What You’ll Lead
- Own the GTM process: Create, manage, and maintain go-to-market project plans and asset creation, asset libraries, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly communicated across the organization for your suite of products
- Proactively lead collaboration with global marketing teams on content, events, demand generation, design, and insights to build excitement and deepen product understanding across all channels.
- Coordinate Market Research with Product to identify customer needs and trends, and collaborate across the organization on Competitive Intelligence, assets, and training.
- Manage the customer training platform, collaborating with commercial teams to develop new video and written content. Track engagement and satisfaction KPIs to optimize training effectiveness.
What You’ll Make
- Work closely with the Director and Product teams to define the product messaging & positioning strategy for your suite of products and services, creating clear value stories for Profitero+ across both sales tactics (e.g. sales collateral, social, events) and product messaging (e.g. product emails, in-app messaging)
- Drive GTM launch execution, including overall strategy, messaging, internal training/communications. You will be responsible for post-launch optimization and the creation of case studies.
- Contribute to the core company story for your suite of products including higher level pitch decks, videos, web content, and other broad customer-facing assets.
Working with other teams
- Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers to influence product developments, roadmaps, critical changes, user personas, and strategic customer research.
- Act as the primary communication link, proactively sharing decisions, timelines, blockers, and progress on key initiatives to ensure alignment and transparency with Profitero+ leadership.
- Support Partner Marketing efforts with external companies to coordinate co-marketing initiatives for your product line, including partnered social posts and promotional opportunities.
Qualifications
Who You Are
- 5 years of professional experience in Marketing, with at least 3 year in a dedicated Product Marketing role or equivalent experience in a highly collaborative, product-focused B2B environment.
- A background in B2B marketing, ideally within CPG, eCommerce, DSaaS, or SaaS
- Strong background in writing and visual communication, with proven experience with video-based storytelling and script writing (video editing is a significant plus).
- Demonstrated experience with presentation design (e.g., PowerPoint/Google Slides).
- Familiarity with marketing and commercial tech stack platforms (e.g., Salesforce, email service providers, and website CMS).

Compensation Range: $72,390 to $104,720/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
