Nasdaq is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Specialist to focus on Client Retention and Feature Adoption for our Governance and Analytics businesses. This role is crucial in driving retention and adoption campaigns, managing resources, and collaborating across various teams to ensure the success of our solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Retention & Adoption Campaigns:
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns aimed at increasing client retention and feature adoption within the Governance and Analytics sectors.
- Focus on client and retention campaign strategy and execution for Asset Manager, Asset Owner segments in Investor sectors, and Corporate Secretaries, General Counsel, and Governance professionals in the corporate sector.
- Manage and partner with CCOE (Campaign Center of Excellence) colleagues to support campaign initiatives.
- Create and distribute tier 2 and tier 3 adoption or retention communications via email.
In-Product Strategy:
- Implement in-product strategies using tools like Pendo and Log-in Promos to enhance user engagement and adoption.
- Utilize paid LinkedIn campaigns to effectively target and retain clients.
Research Releases for Analytics:
- Collaborate with the Research and Growth teams to release quarterly reports on analytics.
- Develop web pages for quarterly reports and coordinate email communications.
- Ensure inclusion of research findings in newsletters and create messaging for paid social activations.
Performance Reporting Framework:
- Develop and implement a framework for reporting on campaign performance.
- Track progress towards feature and AI adoption goals.
- Analyze performance metrics for adoption activations and adjust strategies accordingly.
GTM (Go-To-Market) Support:
- Provide GTM support for enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall product marketing strategies.
Product Page Management:
- Own the product page copy and graphic updates based on new releases and overall strategy from product marketing segment leads.
- Leverage the support of CCOE coordinators for page updates.
- Collaborate with the Performance team to prioritize page updates.
- Partner with product marketing segment leads to develop new feature messaging and select appropriate graphics.
- Craft feature release blog content for Tier 1 and Tier 2 releases in partnership with Performance leads to capture mind share in an AI-led buyer search landscape
Competencies
- Have 4-5 years B2B/SaaS product marketing experience and proven success in managing end-to-end client feature adoption, retention and upsell/cross-sell campaigns.
- Expert storyteller with a passion for taking complex subject matter and simplifying it into tangible outcomes that will resonate with a target audience.
- Investment management marketing experience preferred.
- Excellent writing skills for crafting high-performing emails and creating content and collateral (including data sheets, fact sheets, case studies, etc.).
- Successful track record of working in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Creativity with out-of-the box thinking and an interest in trying and learning new things.
- Self-directed, resourceful, and accountable with a positive “can do” attitude.
- Familiarity with Product Marketing and Management Model preferred.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Pardot, Knak is a must for this role.

The base pay range for this role is $74,800 - $124,600. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
