2. For different operational stages of the game, initiate and produce special data reports to drive product optimization and iteration;
3. Establish and optimize player persona stratification, assist in formulating refined operational strategies, and optimize data stratification for different player in-game behavior stages;
4. Optimize data dashboard design, promote the output of regular data monitoring reports, provide visual decision-making tools for the team, promote data埋点 standardization, and improve data collection quality;
5. Coordinate cooperation processes among different functions to ensure data efficiency and accuracy;
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in statistics, mathematics, or computer science-related majors;
2. 3+ years of data operations experience in the gaming industry, preferably with competitive game (e.g., MOBA/FPS) background;
3. Proficient in at least one analysis tool among SQL/Python/R, skilled in using visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI, and master basic machine learning models (e.g., clustering, regression analysis);
4. Deep understanding of at least one mainstream competitive game, able to interpret data from a player's perspective, with keen insights into game balance and matchmaking mechanisms;
5. Strong communication skills, able to clearly convey data conclusions to non-technical teams;
1. Practical experience in user growth (e.g., improving activity/retention);
2. Familiarity with game economic system design (e.g., currency consumption, item pricing);
3. Experience with large-scale data processing (Hive/Spark).
