Product Owner - Trackman University

TrackMan University (TMU) is a learning platform that offers specialized educational programs for using TrackMan technology and is at the very core of Trackman's thought leadership in the golf industry. More than 6,000 certified members gain hands-on experience through online and in-person training, earning industry-recognized certifications. Ideal for coaches, club fitters, and athletes, TMU enhances skills and provides a competitive edge with up-to-date knowledge in golf performance analysis. 

Job Description: 

Shape the future of Trackman University, a core element of Trackman's strategic initiative for thought leadership: 

• Develop and extend the business concept of Trackman University, including a revision of pricing and membership structure, and drice successfull market introductions 
• Own the product backlog and drive the development of the online learning platform by gathering, prioritizing, and refining business requirements and capture these in clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria that are understood by the development team 
• Create, improve and finetune content for existing and new learning modules around the latest trends in the golf industry on the online platform 
• Introduce a series of events (both online and in-person) to offer networking and sharing of insights amongst the key opinion leaders in golf 
• Establish and maintain partnerships to key opinion leaders and associations in the golf industry to secure thought leadership through collaboration 
• Support the Business Development and Sales Team with your deep golf knowledge 
• Effectively communicate business status, progress/challenges, and next steps to leadership at quarterly business review meetings 

• Education background in Business, Technology or Sports Science 
• Deep golf knowledge from being an elite or professional golfer, where Trackman has been used regularly. Coaching background can be a plus. 
• Min 5 years of experience with product or project management. Knowledge and experience of Scrum and Agile methodologies considered a plus 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey product goals, requirements, and updates effectively 
• Eye for detail and high quality ambition 
• Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, developers, designers, and QA 
• Exceptional project management skills with a proactive mindset 
• Event management experience considered a plus 
• Experience with education platforms considered a plus 
• Physical presence on-site in our new Headquarters north of Copenhagen (Denmark) required
