About the Role

We’re looking for a Programme Manager to lead cross-functional operational and infrastructure programs through the Lead-to-Load (L2L) lifecycle. You’ll bring structure, visibility and momentum to complex initiatives - coordinating Commercial, Finance, Infrastructure, IT and BizOps. You’ll run planning cadences, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure decisions are data-backed and timely. This role is ideal for a calm operator who loves turning strategy into execution, builds trust quickly and keeps stakeholders aligned through crisp communication and predictable delivery.

What You’ll be Doing

Programme Planning & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end planning, tracking, and execution of multi-workstream initiatives (e.g. new region launches, infrastructure scale-ups, process or systems overhauls).
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable delivery plans with clear milestones, owners, and success metrics.
  • Create and maintain programme artefacts — roadmaps, RAID logs, decision registers, dependency trackers.
  • Monitor progress against KPIs and proactively identify gaps or bottlenecks before they impact delivery.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication

  • Facilitate coordination between Commercial, Finance, Infrastructure, and BizOps teams.
  • Lead recurring governance rituals: programme reviews, exec updates, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure decisions, actions, and risks are clearly documented and cascaded.
  • Provide senior-level visibility through dashboards, briefings, and progress summaries.

Risk Management & Governance

  • Maintain risk and dependency registers; ensure mitigations are owned and tracked.
  • Establish and enforce stage-gate or readiness frameworks to maintain quality control.
  • Partner with Planning and Ops to balance competing priorities and resource constraints.
  • Support audit readiness and traceability of key programme decisions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyse programme performance to identify root causes of delays or inefficiencies.
  • Develop playbooks, templates, and training to improve delivery consistency.
  • Embed data-driven decision-making into programme management routines.
  • Coach stakeholders in structured execution practices, fostering accountability and ownership

About You

  • 8+ years of experience in programme or project management within operations, infrastructure, or technology environments.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with complex dependencies and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience implementing programme governance, reporting frameworks, and risk management processes.
  • Strong understanding of operational planning, capacity management, or supply chain concepts.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence, Smartsheet, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with OKRs and quarterly planning cycles.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to balance strategic foresight with hands-on execution and follow-through

What We Can Offer You

  • A collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions will make a real impact.
  • A competitive compensation package (base + equity) with reviews every 12 months.
  • Work at one of the fastest-growing tech startups, backed by top PE/VC firms.
  • A clear progression plan. We want you to keep growing. That means trying new things, leading others, challenging the status quo and owning your impact. Always with our complete support.
  • Flexibility: We see you as individuals first, employees second. This approach includes all the expected perks but goes beyond that to offer true flexibility. We’re proud to be a workplace that trusts our Nscalers to excel in their roles while giving you the freedom to shape your day
  • Remote-first: Join our remote-first team, and enjoy the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to create a productive and balanced work-life setup, while staying connected with your global team.
