Job Description
- Support the tool product transition into Singapore, including project management and demand management.
- Own the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring compliance with Applied Materials' standards.
- Prepare project plans and coordinate project activities from planning to implementation.
- Coordinate project schedule and task details across cross-functional teams and geographies.
- Analyze demand trends and provide actionable insights to optimize resource allocation and inventory planning.
- Align the progress of resources internal to the business unit to meet project objectives.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project/program management, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of demand planning processes and tools.
- Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP, or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities
- Supports the tool product transition into Singapore including project management and demand management.
- Own the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring compliance with Applied Materials' standards and requirements.
- Prepares project plan and coordinates project activities from planning to implementation. Maintain matrix for process improvements.
- Coordinates project schedule and task details and helps to prepare reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling across cross-functional teams and geographies, ensuring continuity of operations during and after the transition.
- Analyze demand trends and provide actionable insights to optimize resource allocation and inventory planning.
- Aligns the progress of resources internal to the business unit to meet project on-time and budget performance objectives.
- On occasion will interface with external suppliers and monitor and report on the projects progress against quality and cost metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project/program management, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
- Strong understanding of demand planning processes and tools
- Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP, or equivalent)
