Must Have:
  • Support the tool product transition into Singapore, including project management and demand management.
  • Own the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring compliance with Applied Materials' standards.
  • Prepare project plans and coordinate project activities from planning to implementation.
  • Coordinate project schedule and task details across cross-functional teams and geographies.
  • Analyze demand trends and provide actionable insights to optimize resource allocation and inventory planning.
  • Align the progress of resources internal to the business unit to meet project objectives.
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project/program management, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning processes and tools.
  • Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP, or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the tool product transition into Singapore including project management and demand management.
  • Own the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring compliance with Applied Materials' standards and requirements.
  • Prepares project plan and coordinates project activities from planning to implementation. Maintain matrix for process improvements.
  • Coordinates project schedule and task details and helps to prepare reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling across cross-functional teams and geographies, ensuring continuity of operations during and after the transition.
  • Analyze demand trends and provide actionable insights to optimize resource allocation and inventory planning.
  • Aligns the progress of resources internal to the business unit to meet project on-time and budget performance objectives.
  • On occasion will interface with external suppliers and monitor and report on the projects progress against quality and cost metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project/program management, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of demand planning processes and tools
  • Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP, or equivalent)
