Job Description

Zeta is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the daily operations and initiatives of its rapidly growing banking technology company. The role involves coordinating project/operational activities, driving Agile execution, facilitating daily/weekly cadences, ensuring SDLC process adherence, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting for release-related activities.
Must Have:
  • Coordinate project/operational activities and schedules.
  • Drive Agile Execution in coordination with Cross-Cluster teams.
  • Facilitate Daily/Weekly Cadences, including Daily Stand-ups.
  • Adhere to and reinforce SDLC processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of release-related activities and provide regular reports.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and successfully engage with customers.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, with a preference for experience with Jira.
  • Demonstrated experience in breaking down problems, organizing work, planning activities, and delivering programs in agile delivery models.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Possess a strong analytical mindset.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Project Management or Agile Product Delivery.
  • Education: B.Tech / M.Tech.

The Role :

  • We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the daily operations and initiatives of our rapidly growing banking technology company. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams and be responsible for coordinating and tracking various activities & deliverables, managing schedules, and assisting with communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Coordinate project/operational activities and schedules.
  • Agile Execution: Drive Agile Execution in coordination with Cross-Cluster teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Cadence Facilitation: Facilitate Daily/Weekly Cadences, including Daily Stand-ups and ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Tracking sprint metrics.
  • SDLC Process Adherence: Adhere to and reinforce SDLC processes, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of release-related activities and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Multiple Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Agile Knowledge: Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies will be a significant advantage, contributing to efficient project delivery.
  • Customer Liaison: Ability to build strong relationships and successfully engage with customers, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools, with a preference for experience with Jira.
  • Agile Collaboration: Demonstrated experience in breaking down problems, organizing work, planning activities, and delivering programs, particularly in liaison with TPMs (Technical Program Managers) in agile delivery models.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex program details and updates effectively.
  • Analytical Thinking: Possess a strong analytical mindset, with a demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
  • Process Enhancement: Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Project Management or Agile Product Delivery
  • Education: B.Tech / M. Tech
