The Mission

At Adictiz, our mission is to capture the attention of audiences through interactive and playable advertising formats to enable brands to collect qualified data and monetize it.

On average, an internet user is exposed to 4000 advertising messages per day. In this saturated communication landscape, it is essential for advertisers to stand out to be heard.

This is why we have chosen to focus our solutions on gaming, an interactive format that engages 3 times more than classic content. We have therefore created the most complete interactive experience creation platform on the market. A SaaS platform allowing brands to create their marketing games without technical skills and to distribute them on their site… And everywhere else thanks to our new innovation allowing the creation of playable interactive display formats.

With 45 employees based in Lille, Adictiz offers the advantages of a human-sized company with 13 years of experience: a structured onboarding process allowing each new employee to quickly integrate into our teams in a friendly environment (welcome breakfast, welcome kit, welcome meetings…), moments of exchange and synergy that punctuate our daily lives (Monthly meeting, Expertise meeting,..), HR support in skill development, team buildings throughout the year.

Within the Adictiz team, the Project Manager supports Account Managers in retaining an active clientele through Adictiz Box & Ads solutions and participates in their development. He/She is the privileged contact for creatively building game campaigns with the client, configuring them, and analyzing their performance.

Reporting & communication

• Contribute to the improvement of our products and services

Project management

• Produce a deliverable that meets client needs
• Know Adictiz products and services (and partners)
• Lead projects optimally
• Master all project production stages
• Take into account client objectives in project execution
• Be the orchestrator between the different internal stakeholders
• Lead the relationship with freelancers

Advice

• Advise the client on the legal compliance of projects

Client relationship

• Master the relationship with the client
• Orchestrate exchanges between the different project stakeholders
• Meet clients

Other

• Perform digital watch (marketing, technical, graphic)
• Stay informed about product and service updates
• Represent Adictiz's image and assume an expert role

The sought-after profile

You have a Bac +4 or +5 degree from a business school or a Master's in commercial, marketing and/or communication. You have a first successful experience of at least 2 years in the web domain and project management.

You master Office and Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira (and ideally Photoshop)

Curious by nature, you know communication techniques to adapt to client requests and ensure the proper conduct of a project for a product you believe in and enjoy.

You have good knowledge of operational marketing and web marketing.

Endowed with great listening skills, you demonstrate good analytical ability to gather and understand client expectations and improve your performance in project management.

Autonomous and organized, you enjoy working in a team and interacting with other departments cross-functionally.

Finally, you wish to grow and thrive professionally in a human-sized company.
