This role seeks an experienced Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Manager to lead the design, development, and governance of cloud-based integration solutions. The manager will ensure seamless data and process flows across cloud and on-premise systems, driving digital transformation and operational agility by leading a team of developers and architects, defining integration strategies, overseeing API development, and ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards.

Must Have:

Lead architecture and implementation of CPI solutions across enterprise applications and platforms
Manage a team of integration developers and architects to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define integration strategies and roadmaps
Oversee the development of APIs, connectors, and middleware components using SAP CPI or similar platforms
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards
Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability
Stay current with emerging cloud integration trends and technologies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in cloud integration, middleware, or enterprise application integration
Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI) or similar tools
Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), data formats (XML, JSON), and integration protocols
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Manager to lead the design, development, and governance of cloud-based integration solutions. This role is critical in ensuring seamless data and process flows across cloud and on-premise systems, enabling digital transformation and operational agility.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and implementation of CPI solutions across enterprise applications and platforms
Manage a team of integration developers and architects to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define integration strategies and roadmaps
Oversee the development of APIs, connectors, and middleware components using SAP CPI or similar platforms

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in cloud integration, middleware, or enterprise application integration
Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI) or similar tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps)
Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), data formats (XML, JSON), and integration protocols
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
