Projects Purchasing Manager
Job Description
- Manages project purchasing team, ensures staff availability and grows competence.
- Drives project purchasing, pilots and forecasts project purchasing index & KPIs.
- Defines and implements standards by segment across the P1 purchasing network.
- Assesses required workload and supports project buyer teams.
- Participates in target setting of P1 projects.
- Warrants CAA Purchasing validation for the site.
- Represents Purchasing in the project process.
- Participates in Project Meeting and Activities (Project Kick Off, Sourcing Plan, Technical Steering Committee, Project Management Committee) and Pre-SoCo and SoCo decisions.
- Involves Segment Leader to share project constraints and propose sourcing strategy compliant with Group Segment Strategy.
- Liaises with Project and Segment organizations to identify Bundle opportunities.
- Anticipates with Commodity Network, segments evolution and liaises accordingly with the PG.
- Ensures consistency between projects and segments Pre-SoCo & SoCo milestones.
- Ensures use and sharing of best practices to the P1 Purchasing network.
- Establishes clear activity dashboards to report key activity to top Management.
- Contributes to Working Groups to improve purchasing methodology.
- Participates in Crisis war-room if necessary.

- Drives project purchasing, pilot and forecast the project purchasing index & KPIs
- Define and Implement standards by segment across the P1 purchasing network within the site
- Assess the required workload and supports the project buyer teams in the different activities
- Participate in the target setting of the P1 projects of the site
- Warrants CAA Purchasing validation for his site
- Represent Purchasing in the project process.
