岗位职能:
* 主导PUBGM在拉美区域的核心推广策略,为产品的活跃/收入等核心KPI负责;
* 与研发及总部团队紧密配合,围绕拉美区域核心节点及产品主线内容,基于区域用户偏好制定整合营销方案及落地执行;
* 管理及维护区域各类核心网红,内容创作者,深耕当地主流内容平台,持续提升游戏在当地的内容声量;
* 开拓及管理区域所有核心agency及合作伙伴资源,带领拉美本地团队,把控从策略到执行的全流程落地;
* 持续跟踪及分析各类市场手段效果,及时调整和优化策略。
岗位要求:
* 5年以上游戏行业市场/品牌经验,有海外业务工作经验优先;
* 热爱游戏,各类经典主机/手游经验丰富,对FPS品类有深度理解;
* 良好的沟通和协作能力,能在跨国/跨文化/跨时差等条件下完成复杂项目落地;
* 英语读写流畅,可作为工作语言;有葡语/西语小语种能力优先;
* 基于业务及目标需求,乐于出差拉美。
