Publishing Contract Manager (Manga, Novels, Books)
Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves managing all aspects of contracts with authors and other parties for the publication of manga, novels, and books. This includes requesting contract drafting from the Legal and Intellectual Property Department, checking contract content, requesting confirmation of contracts from the editorial department, and negotiating contracts with internal and external parties (mainly corporations). In addition to publishing contracts, the role also involves contracts related to goods and video distribution, and intellectual property-related tasks for published content (such as anti-piracy measures). The role offers the opportunity to contribute to the enjoyment of published content by many people.
Must have:
- Experience in creating and checking contracts.
- Basic operation of OUTLOOK email and Office applications.
- Interest in working in the publishing industry.
- Willingness to be involved in publishing contracts in the medium to long term.
Good to have:
- Experience working in the publishing industry.
- Experience drafting contracts (reviewing/adding/correcting contract terms).
- Qualifications related to intellectual property rights.

業務内容
漫画、ノベル、書籍等を出版するための著作者等との契約業務全般を担当いただきます。
＜具体的な業務内容＞
・法務・知的財産部への契約書作成依頼
・契約書の内容チェック
・編集部への契約書の確認依頼
・社内・社外（主に法人）との契約交渉
出版契約以外の契約（グッズや映像配信等に関する契約等）や、
出版コンテンツの知的財産にかかわる業務（海賊版対策等）もございます。

必要なスキルと経験など
- 契約書の作成やチェックなどの業務経験
- OUTLOOKメール、Officeアプリケーションの基本操作可能
- 出版業界で働くことへの興味関心
- 中長期的に出版契約にかかわる仕事に従事していく意欲があること

あると望ましいスキルと経験など
- 出版業界での勤務経験
- 契約書の起案経験（契約条項の検討/加除訂正など）
- 知的財産権に関する資格
